Wine Tasting and Winemaking Experiences

No trip to Hunter Valley is complete without indulging in its renowned wine culture. For groups looking to savour the region’s finest vintages, consider these options:

Wine Tasting Tours:

Embark on a guided tour of the valley’s top wineries, throughout the Hunter Valley – with over 150 cellar doors you are spoilt for choice. These tours offer a chance to sample a variety of wines while learning about the winemaking process from expert sommeliers. Hunter Valley Tours even offer a luxury Mercedes Sprinter for those wanting to take it up a notch.

Wine Blending Workshops:

For a more hands-on experience, participate in a wine blending class. Groups can create their own unique blends, bottle them, and even design custom labels – a perfect team-building activity or memento for a celebration.

One of our favourite wine making experiences is McCaffreys Winemaker For The Day located minutes away from Palmers Lane Estate.
