Terms and Conditions

A 50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the outstanding amount to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. When booking with credit cards, the following surcharge will apply:
  • MasterCard 1.6%
  • Visa Card    1.6%
  • AMEX/JCB    4.0%
It is a requirement of the guest in whose name the booking has been made to make all guests familiar with these terms and conditions.  This person is also required to present to the office on arrival to provide credit card details and sign the Terms & Conditions held by us.  This is for their own protection, as well as that of Palmers Lane Estate. The following Terms and Conditions must be adhered to, to avoid extra charges being applied to this booking:-
  1. The balance payable on bookings MUST be paid on arrival.
  2. The Lodges are NON SMOKING – there are ashtrays and butt buckets provided outside all cabins for this purpose.
  3. NO OUTDOOR FIRES to be lit anywhere on the property grounds.
  4. Guests are not to feed, touch, or enter the paddocks of the horses on the property.
  5. Lodges are to be left in a clean and tidy condition, including the B.B.Q. Rubbish must be put into the bins outside of the lodges and no rubbish or dirty dishes are to be left. Dishwasher must be loaded, turned on and started. A minimum additional cleaning charge of $150 will be charged to the card provided on the booking for excessively dirty or messy lodges, including carpets.
  6. All breakages or damages must be reported and paid for.
  7. NO DRIVING over or across the grassed areas between lodges. Please use roads, driveways and car parks ONLY.
  8. Fines and charges apply to any person discharging fire extinguishers without due cause. This includes breaking the tag and/ or removal of the pin on the fire extinguishers.  A minimum of $220.00 per unnecessary discharge of fire extinguisher will apply.
  9. Should it be found that guests have used beds not allocated on the original booking, a further per head charge per night will be applied and deducted from credit card details, provided by the guest in whose name we hold the booking.
  10. COVID-19: We are a COVID Safe business. Prior to booking, if you feel you and/ or any guests in your group may be banned from travel, by law, to the location of Palmers Lane Estate on the dates of your booking, you must call Palmers Lane Estate on 02 4998 7611 to notify staff and must provide the names and addresses of ALL of your guests on your booking prior to making the booking to stay@palmerslaneestate.com.au. Palmers Lane Estate reserves the right to apply our normal cancellation policy, regardless of coronavirus. Please call 02 4998 7611 for more information or to discuss.

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total booking price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

If your lodge is rebooked to another guest, this may contribute towards reducing your cancellation fee. The more notice, the greater the chance of rebooking.

No shows will be charged the full price.

You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount 14 days before the check in date.
